Oooh…a Hilux Surf!!

BFG’s are great tires…I’ve run a few sets of all-terrains and really like them. They seem to not wear at all and still get great traction….I only get rid of them to try something else….only to realize I need to find another set of BFG’s.

Wait, you have a brand new Hilux and think the wheels are mangy?! Man, I would love some of those!! Didn’t your truck come with 15 or 16″ wheels? Maybe 17’s? If I were you, I’d keep the stock wheels…stock is hot! Just put some different tires on if you really want. You can put much bigger tires on the stock wheels than the tires they come with.

If you have 15″ wheels, you might like a set of 31×10.50R15 tires. It’s a pretty beefy size and it’s not so big that it rubs the fenders or slows you down.

If you have 16″ wheels, I like the 235/85R16 size….it’s tall and narrow, so it makes it look like an expedition rig.
If you need wider tires, try 265/75R16.

I have aftermarket wheels on my Hilux Surf (Okay, it’s a US 4Runner, I just wish it were a Hilux Surf) and I’d love to find some stock ones to put on there.

If you are running 2:07, then you have been training and know how to run the race. The important thing is to run even. Do not go out too fast or too slow. Break the race down into 200s. Run each one at about the same speed. The hardest 200 is the third one. You must run harder to maintain your pace. So in effect you are running each 200 faster so you can stay at the same speed on each one. Try to come through the first 200 at 30, the 400 at 1:00, run hard on the curve and stride to get to 600 in 1:30 or 1:31. Finish up with a 30 second last 200. It will seem like you are sprinting when you are staying at the same speed. A good workout is to run the 600 at your race pace, stand at the line and rest 1 minute, then sprint the 200 as fast as you can. This total time is going to be close to your race time. Rest 10 to 15 minutes and do it again.

The little squiggles are nature doing its’ thing. CO2 falls a bit during summer when plants are active, and rises during the winter. The huge increase is us, burning fossil fuels. The scientists can actually show that the increased CO2 in the air comes from burning fossil fuels by using “isotopic ratios” to identify that CO2. The natural carbon cycle buried carbon in fossil fuels over a very long time, little bit by little bit. We dig them up and burn them, real fast. That’s a problem.

Man is upsetting the balance of nature. We need to fix that.

Ok, I get really irritated when people say braxton hicks are not real contractions. They are “real” contractions, they just don’t lead to cervical changes or the delivery of a baby. They are the uterus practicing for the delivery. Its not like a certain part contracts during braxton hicks and another part does for “real” contractions. So when you say you know there “real” your exactly right, but if they are not regular they won’t lead to labor. Now, it could go either way, you could have baby in 2 days or 2 weeks, maybe longer. I would want to know if your dilated at all, has your ob told you??? I also would have to ask if you’ve lost any of your mucus plug? Have been nesting? I think the more “symptoms” you get the better your chance of going early, but no one, not even your doctor, can tell you for sure when labor will happen. I wish I could say yes or no, and say get your mom here now, or its okay to wait but only time will tell. For me I had contractions early on with my daughter and was dilated to 3 for weeks and never went into labor until I was induced.

Wow, you poor thing. l feel really bad for you hun, but speaking as a foster parent/soon to be adoptive parent, let me tell you that no matter what anyone else says to belittle you or make fun of you, you are one of the most wanted, loved and wished for children in the world! Most parents love their children unconditionally, including adoptive parents, but sometimes those who adopt children just go that extra mile because they wanted you in their life so much. l know how hard we’ve been fighting to adopt our foster son, and it’s all going to be worth it once we can tell him “you are our son forever”. Next time anyone says anything to you, just hold your head up high, and either ignore their ignorant comments or just tell them that you know how special you are. Then feel a little sorry for them because they might not have been told the same thing! Good luck to you and your life’s journey.

Yeah, it was funny last night, Charley is such a pain, surly someone should sit her down and tell her to stop saying ‘I’m not be funny’ or at least tell her to think before she speaks, she didn’t make any sense and it was just irritating to watch her up there, trying to butt in as much a s possible, i really cant stand her she is just so annoying! I f she gets her own show I will crack up, I really don’t know who is worse Charley or Tracey they cant only scramble 3 words to every sentence it is just painful to watch.

Did you see when they showed some of Nikki’s time in the house, god she was so funny but its just the way she is, when she does bblb the b team she is priceless, the house last year looked so old compared to this year its weird last year I said it was the best bb and this year i say it again..
